The Ottinger Spike was created specifically to have a lot of grip on heavy snow covered roads. This is due to the PU elements and the spikes which have been combined to offer optimum grip. This technologically advanced chain (link thickness 3.5 mm) is easily assembled due to the colour-coded snap-connector design which allows you to mount the chain in a snap. Once installed you only need to drive a few meters, and the chain will be tensioned securely to your wheel. To dismantle you squeeze the yellow button and the chain falls off. The chain comes with a 5 year warranty.
